Applications for the 2022 Housing Development and Beautification Program will be made available at 10am on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. The applications are available at CityofSandusky.com/Housing.

The Housing Development and Beautification Program consists of grant funding in three different categories.

Substantial Redevelopment: New construction and eligible rehabilitation projects over $20,000
Exterior Repairs: Improvements to the home that are visible from the street
Home Purchase Assistance: For anyone purchasing a home in the city for owner occupancy

Applications can be downloaded from the website, and once completed, submitted to development@ci.sandusky.oh.us.
