Community Impact Officers (CIOs) are responsible for conflict reduction/resolution for matters concerning residents and/or business owners, community outreach and engagement including neighborhood/business/park/school walks, and they conduct safety assessments at local churches, businesses and residences.   The goal of our Community Impact officers are to humanize the badge and offer our residents a familiar face who they recognize and feel comfortable approaching to discuss their concerns.  Ofc. Ronta Hill has been a community impact officer for 3 years, while Ofc. Bronson Lillo has been serving in this role for 5 years.
