The City put out a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in July 2023 for the Sandusky Wheels Park Design and Construction Documentation Project. The City selected OHM Advisors as the most qualified firm and their contract was approved by City Commission on September 11, 2023. This process will turn the concepts developed in the planning phase into construction documents, which will allow the City to bid the project for construction in 2024.
