The Sandusky Bay Pavilion, owned and operated by the City of Sandusky and formerly utilized as the Surf's Up Aquatic Center, has been transformed into a music and performing arts venue.

The spacious grounds, directly on the waterfront overlooking Lake Erie's scenic Sandusky Bay and Cedar Point Amusement Park, include several amenities such as picnic shelter, sand volleyball courts, playground area, off-street parking and a large area of open space suitable for accommodating festival activities and vendors.  All of the Pavilion grounds are handicapped accessible.

Admission to each festival varies per event.  Limited seating is available, attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.  Coolers, food, cans and bottles from outside of Pavilion property will be prohibited at all festivals.  The cost of foods and beverages will vary by vendor.
