Water Bills
We encourage residents to pay your water bill online at cityofsandusky.com/billpay or by putting your payment in the drop box on Washington Row next to City Hall. To talk with a customer accounting representative, call 419.627.5893 between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Electric
If you have difficulty paying your bill due to lack of income, please call FirstEnergy at 1-800-633-4766 for more information.
Gas
If you have difficulty paying your bill due to lack of income, please call 1-800-344-4077 for more information.
