SPARC - Sandusky-Perkins Area Ride Connection (includes map)
The Sandusky-Perkins Area Ride Connection (SPARC) is a point deviation route traveling throughout the city and to centers of employment along U.S. Route 250.
The City of Sandusky receives Job Access Reverse Commute (JARC) funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation for the operation of the SPARC route.
A public hearing was held on April 9, 2012, to consider entering into a grant agreement, Job Access Reverse Commute Grant with the Ohio Department of Transportation, to fund the Sandusky-Perkins Area Ride Connection program and the addition of a third SPARC route which would provide service to ninteen new locations.
Comments will be received through May 8, 2012.
